I love everything about the winter season. It can get crazy with the holidays around the corner. Besides getting into the Christmas spirit by drinking hot chocolate, playing All I want for Christmas is you on repeat, and decorating for the holidays there is so much to do.

1. Ice skating
This is a must-add to a winter bucket list for couples.
You can't go wrong with this fun winter date ideas that you and your significant other will love. Even if you don't know how to skate its a great way to bond over how clumsy you both are.
Plus with this, there are awesome photo opportunities.
2. indoor picnic
Even though picnics are usually outside you may want to consider the winter weather it may not be the best idea to be outside.
But you can bring the picnic inside. All you need is a big throw blanket and some cozy throw pillows to cuddle afterward.
Don't forget to pack a good dessert and your favorite alcohol beverage.
3. Make a meal together
If you and your boyfriend/girlfriend love to cook I think this would be fun date idea. Mix it up and cook a meal together that you both never tried before.
If you want a unique learning experience try finding a local cooking class.
4. Rent a cabin
Websites like Airbnb, make it easy to find a cozy cabin that you and your significant other can stay for a weekend.

I don't know if it's only me but this just reminds me of a scene from a rom- com movie and afterward grab some hot chocolate.

What I love about the winter is it brings out the good in people. You could collect food donations or you could help out a local shelter for the holidays.
It's really easy to get involved with your local shelter. Especially during the winter season, homeless shelters need volunteers more than ever.
Another idea is you could even make holiday care packages and send them to children's hospitals. In my l volunteer group, we would always make care packages to our local children's hospital and send them out which made their day.
8. make ugly christmas sweaters
Have a friendly competition between you and your partner.
With this winter bucket list idea, all you need to do is find a sweater at Goodwill that you can use. And then head to your local craft store and purchase supplies to make the ugliest sweater.
9. cuddle near the fire place
There just something about cuddling near the extremely romantic fireplace.
Even if you don't have a fireplace you could find a video on YouTube. If you do have a fireplace you could even make s' mores. You can also make s'mores in the oven.
10. have a couple photoshoot
I think this is such a cute winter date idea. You could add this to your winter bucket list with your boyfriend and have these pictures to look back on once you get older.

11. try yoga
I know this idea is going to try some convincing with your partner. It's a great way to get to know your partner's body during the poses and after if you know what I mean 😉
12. try NEW HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPIES
So many different hot chocolates that you and you're S/O could try. But thanks to Pinterest, there is millions of hot chocolate recipes looking D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.
My go to hot chocolate includes whipped cream and cinnamon. I love making my hot chocolate in my best selling crockpot.
13. go on a horse and carriage ride
This is my dream winter date idea. It's kind of expensive but this is a fun experience that you should add to your winter bucket list for couples. While you're riding you can cuddle and gaze at the Christmas lights
14. BUild a fort
Forts are not just for kids. Rearrange some furniture, add some sheets, and for the finishing touch of twinkling lights to create a cozy romantic atmosphere.

Visit your local theater and watch a seasonal play or a musical that you and your family have been wanting to watch.

Have a friendly competition with your family and see who can decorate the best gingerbread house in a certain amount of time.
